The 2027 Rotary Classic may include a Grand Prize Drawing and additional prize drawings conducted by the Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Foundation.
Participation in any drawing is subject to these terms, the applicable official rules, all eligibility requirements, and applicable Illinois and local laws and regulations.

Eligible drawing entries may be provided or purchased in connection with an applicable event ticket choice, event package, fundraising opportunity, or other authorized offering.
The applicable registration or purchase page will identify what is included with the selected option and any drawing entry associated with that selection.
All entries must be properly completed, issued, and eligible before the applicable drawing deadline.
Participation is limited to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements established by the Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Foundation and applicable law.
Participants may be required to provide accurate identifying and contact information in order to participate and, if selected, to receive a prize.
The Foundation reserves the right to determine eligibility and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, improperly obtained, or otherwise does not comply with applicable rules or law.
Winners will be selected during the 2027 Rotary Classic event from all eligible entries included in the applicable drawing.
The drawing will be conducted using a method intended to provide a fair and random selection of winners.
The decisions of the Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Foundation regarding eligibility, drawing administration, and winner verification will be final to the extent permitted by law.
Participants do not need to be present at the event at the time of the drawing unless otherwise specifically stated in the applicable drawing rules.
If a selected winner is present, event organizers may announce and attempt to verify the winner during the event.
If a selected winner is not present, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to notify that individual using the contact information associated with the eligible entry.
Any winner who is not present when the drawing occurs will be notified within 48 hours following the conclusion of the event.
Notification may be made by telephone, email, or another reasonable method using the contact information provided by the participant.
It is the responsibility of each participant to provide accurate and current contact information.
Before any prize is paid or distributed, each selected winner must successfully complete the Foundation's winner-verification process.

A person will not be considered a fully verified winner until all required information and documentation have been received and accepted by the Foundation.
Prize payment or distribution will occur no earlier than 14 days following the event, provided that the selected winner has supplied all required information and has successfully completed the winner-verification process.
The 14-day period does not guarantee payment on a specific date.
Payment may be delayed if additional information, tax documentation, identification, eligibility verification, regulatory compliance, or other required documentation remains outstanding.
The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to process verified prizes promptly once all requirements have been satisfied.
A selected winner who does not respond to notification attempts, cannot be located, fails to provide required documentation, or does not satisfy applicable eligibility or verification requirements within the time period established by the Foundation may be deemed ineligible to receive the prize.
Any unclaimed or forfeited prize will be handled in accordance with applicable law, licensing requirements, and the official drawing rules.
The Grand Prize Drawing may include a principal cash prize along with one or more additional cash or other prizes.
The final prize structure, number of prizes, and applicable prize values will be identified in the official drawing materials before the drawing is conducted.
No prize may be substituted, transferred, or assigned except as permitted by the Foundation and applicable law.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries included in the applicable drawing.
The purchase or acquisition of an entry does not guarantee that a participant will win a prize.
Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to a prize.
The Foundation may be required to collect taxpayer information, issue tax reporting documents, withhold amounts required by law, or complete other reporting before a prize can be paid.
